Highland Village HOA – Dues & Payments

Dues are used to maintain common areas and cover the association’s operating needs, with approximately 80% of the annual amount allocated to neighborhood snow removal.

Current Year Dues

2026 Annual Dues

Homeowners: $575.00
Duplex owners: $287.50

**Starting with the 2026 dues, HVHA is offering an optional split-payment plan for owners who need additional flexibility, while still encouraging full payment by the first due date as the preferred method.**

Payment Options

Option 1 – Pay in Full (Preferred)

Due by January 30, 2026

Option 2 – Split Payment Plan

Two payments:
- First payment due: January 30, 2026
- Second payment due: April 30, 2026

Please ensure payments are received by the due dates listed above.

Late Fees

A 12% late fee may be applied to late or past-due payments. To avoid any late charges, please mail your payment early enough that it arrives by the due date.
