Your annual dues help maintain our neighborhood’s common areas and support Association operations. Approximately 80% of annual dues are used for neighborhood snow removal.

Duplex owners: $287.50
**Starting with the 2026 dues, HVHA is offering an optional split-payment plan for owners who need additional flexibility, while still encouraging full payment by the first due date as the preferred method.**

Late Fees
A 12% late fee may be applied to late or past-due payments. To avoid any late charges, please mail your payment early enough that it arrives by the due date.
